Victor Community Support Services provides both wraparound services as well as adult case management to families in Nevada County. We partner with both Nevada County Behavioral Health and Placer County Behavioral Health to ensure we can meet the needs of families in the Tahoe-Truckee region.

Wraparound Services: In partnership with Nevada County Behavioral Health, we provide intensive community-based mental health support for Medi-Cal eligible youth and their families. These services are designed for children who are at imminent risk of out of home placement, and we build a team of support that addresses the barriers to success from strengths-based perspective.

Adult Outpatient Mental Health and Screening: In partnership with Placer County Behavioral Health, we provide case management and rehabilitation services to adults with severe and chronic mental illness, providing stabilization support to help them access long-term resources in their community.

Children's Outpatient Mental Health: In partnership with Placer County Behavioral Health, we provide case management and rehabilitation services to families of children with severe and chronic mental illness, providing stabilization support to help the family access long-term resources in their community.
