Victor provides a continuum of community based services that meet families where their need is to provide the support and education they deserve to help them thrive.

Victor Community Support Services - Riverside provides Wraparound support services due to our belief that children thrive best when they are in a loving and supportive home, so we do all we can to shore up families and provide alternatives where that is not possible.

Wraparound is a strength based approach which supports youth and their families in identifying their own strengths. Wraparound is an intensive, holistic method of engaging with individuals with complex needs (typically children, youth, and their families) so that they can live in their homes and communities and realize their hopes and dreams.

We partner with behavioral health, child welfare, and juvenile justice departments across California, implementing our Wraparound model focused on enhancing youth safety, permanency, and wellbeing through Wraparound programs for vulnerable youth and families. We recognize that no two families are alike, and Wraparound believes in tailoring services to meet each family’s individual and unique needs.

Child and Family Teaming (CFT) is a critical part of Victor’s services. It is widely recognized that services for children and families are most effective when delivered in the context of a single, integrated team that includes the child or youth, his or her family, natural and community supports, and professionals.

CFT can include the three elements of Child and Family Team (CFT) facilitation, Family Finding and Family Engagement services. Our CFT process is designed to provide a supportive team of  caring individuals to help identify needs and strengths that our services can support and will result in outcomes of successful healing and reconnection.
