Victor Community Support Services, Redding
Victor Community Support Services in Shasta County provides a wide variety of programs that serve youth and families with specialty mental health needs. Located in Northern California just 2 hours south of the Oregon border, our site provides incredible views of nature and the mountains all around. The primary focus of our program is working with individuals and families to increase their resiliency and protective factors to help prevent them from developing symptoms of mental illness and the associated negative life outcomes.
We have been serving Shasta County since 2002. Our specialty mental health services treat children, young adults and families with moderate to severe mental health needs. The location of services varies depending on the needs of the client and may be provided in the home, school, community or office. The VCSS Redding site also provides evidenced based treatment for both youth and adults in juvenile hall and probation. The combined services reach on average over 500 families per year in Shasta County.
