BBY WRAP
One of our key programs at VCSS Grass Valley is BBY Wrap. Birth, Baby & You Wrap is a home visiting service that is founded on the ideals of relational attachment and family centered approach. BBY Wrap is designed to support families through all the seasons of early parenthood and child development. This program is in partnershp with Healthy Families of America (HFA).
BBY WRAP Staff can support families by:
- Ensuring families have a medical provider.
- Providing psychoeducation and coaching regarding their infant.
- Referrals to address maternal depression, substance use, family violence, and other appropriate resources and services.
- Help parent(s) promote healthy child development and bonding.
- Provide regular developmental screenings to help identify delays and enable families to access early interventions.
