The Soar Foundation was created to support and further the incredible work that Victor does across California.

As an organization, Victor is fortunate to have incredible people who see and value what we have been doing to serve families over the past several decades. The goal of the Soar Foundation is to provide a way for private donors to partner with us to help us launch new initiatives and programs, as well as shore up our infrastructure.

Victor's mission of Helping Others Soar is one that we will be working towards for decades to come. With the assistance of donors within The Soar Foundation, we will be able to achieve some critical goals more quickly.
