Victor Treatment Centers in Pomona is located near the beautiful Cal Poly Pomona Campus at the base of the foothills. Out of the Pomona office we serve Los Angeles County and Orange County. We offer a wide range of services including mental health wraparound, transitional aged youth and community outreach programs.

Wraparound is a strength based approach which supports youth and their families in identifying their own strengths. Wraparound is an intensive, holistic method of engaging with individuals with complex needs (typically children, youth, and their families) so that they can live in their homes and communities and realize their hopes and dreams. We partner with our County behavioral health, child welfare, and juvenile justice departments implementing our Wraparound model focused on enhancing youth safety, permanency, and wellbeing through Wraparound programs for vulnerable youth and families. We recognize that no two families are alike, and Wraparound believes in tailoring services to meet each family’s individual and unique needs.

Transition Age Youth are a population getting ready to move into adulthood. At Victor we have specialized programs to help this group successfully make the transition to adulthood and in many cases independence, and we work to equip them with the skills they need to be as highly functioning as they can be. We provide a coordinated and comprehensive array of services for TAY clients and allow them to selectively utilize services needed to maximize their individual potential (Resiliency/Recovery Model) and successfully transition into adulthood; services address all identified transition needs in the domains of employment, educational opportunities, living situations, community life, medication, mental health, physical well being, drug and alcohol use, trauma, domestic violence, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.

Victor provides community-based programs providing a wide variety of mental health and social support services to children, youth, young adults, and families. Every team shares common goals and a treatment philosophy grounded in the belief that people need families and/or meaningful connections with others, and that support should be provided in the communities where they live, attend school and work. Victor dramatically broadens the scope of its service continuum by offering a wide number of services to an extensive list of target populations residing in the communities they serve. We strive to help clients succeed in their home and community environments by utilizing a comprehensive array of Evidence-Based Practices as the foundation for its wide variety of community based mental health services.
