Redding

Victor Treatment Centers Redding provides residentially-based services to children, adolescents and their families and is situated in Redding, California in Shasta County. The target populations served by this program are children and adolescents ages 8 through 18 who have serious emotional/behavioral/family problems and have not been able to succeed in family settings or other lower levels of care.

While we are located in Shasta County, we serve counties, SELPAs and School Districts across California and accept referrals from all counties. The primary goals of the program are to successfully treat and either improve or reduce the symptoms associated with a mental health condition so that the children and youth can be returned to their homes or to a lower, less intensive level of care. Since many of the youth who are served in the program are foster youth who reach transition age while placed in our treatment center, another goal of the program is to ensure appropriate services and supports are put in place prior to or in conjunction with discharge, in order to support their continued success post discharge.
